Mr. Ashok is an experienced business analyst with Mechanical engineering background. His passion is to become a renowned entrepreneur by providing financial freedom to the common people. He was the CEO of Tekhnosmart Services a firm providing Engineering Design and Consultancy for many oil & gas projects in India and abroad.

He was appointed as the head of production department in India's first deep sea oil producer called FPSO Dhirubhai-1, operating in the East Coast offshore of India having 1200m water depth.In which he was closely associated with Reliance Ambani Group for developing the facility.

During his professional career he served different positions in international companies like Shell , Aker Group ,Petrobrass and SBM .He has been a part of many fortune Billion Dollar Oil and Gas projects in countries like Syria , Turkmenistan , Singapore , UAE , Qatar , Equatorial Guinea , Gabon and Brazil.

His mission is to make Smartway the strongest company which connects customer directly with manufacturers.

Mr Ashok is a far sighted leader having enthusiasm and dynamic entrepreneurship quality with an ability to listen and understand therequirements of the global market.

Mr. Suraj is an engineering graduate possessing vast experience in international marketing with corporate liaison and project handling.He is in charge of Operations of Smartway in Inida and developing new business plans for Africa.

He has served many different organizations from engineer to General Manager Positions .A dynamic personality with vast knowledge in sales industry , through his capability he has lifted many organizations to unbelievable growth.

Mr. Suraj currently resides in Delhi and travel abroad from time to time for developing new business plans and proposals.His ultimate dream is to develop Smartway in different countries and diversify the business in different sectors.

Mr. Anil is a Commerce graduate and an experienced Entrepreneur with a wide range of experience in Multiple industries, which includes Real Estate, Travel and Tourism and Manpower Management.

Have an impressive carrier track record of setting and achieving deliverables, streamlining operations, implementing checks & controls, strategy formulation, system integration and team leadership.
