If yes, Platinum members need to purchase goods worth Rs. 2000/- and Gold members need to upgrade to Platinum membership and then purchase goods worth Rs. 2000/- to become Profit club members.
Membership to Profit club will be restricted to 1 lakh members on first cum first serve basis.
INCENTIVE PLAN FOR PROFIT CLUB MEMBERS FOR FIRST YEAR :
Performance Linked Incentive ( PLI) will be calculated on the profits of the smart shoppe in the following manner each year until changes are made to this by the management:
10% PLI will be given to the SMART STAR who achieves this position with in first 30 days. Or any distributor ,who creates 3 Normal star on their business Zone and week Zone ( 3 Pair match ) . A kitty will be formed with this PLI amount and the entitlement will be the kitty amount divided by one lakh as each of the one lakh member will be eligible for achieving this PLI if he earns the position within first 30 days.
10% PLI will be divided amongst the top 1000 members of the Profit club
60% PLI will divided amongst the total Profit club members and distributed.
To avail the performance based incentive , a person must fulfill the below conditions

Yearly purchase from Smart Shoppe for an amount not less than Rs. 3,000/-( First Year ) (Net Purchase value after reducing sales returns, if any )
