Refund policy


Smart way is a company who is providing full support to our customers for receiving quality products.

  • If the product is having manufacturing defect, it can be returned within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

  • If you change your mind, you can return the product to us within 30 days of delivery .The company shall pay all the money back within 10 working days after deducting the courier charge and service charge.

  • All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation with sender's identity and invoice.
